General Information
To ensure proper delivery of your package within the advertised time frames, please ensure that your address is correctly entered with all relevant information. Accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information are crucial for timely delivery. We do not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
All orders undergo processing time distinct from the shipping duration. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process, depending on various factors.
After authorization and verification of your payment, standard orders may still require up to 2 business days to process. This estimate does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping is $10. And free for orders over $50.

Delivery Claims
If you encounter non-delivery or tracking indicates delivery without receipt, you must contact us within 10 days to initiate a claim.
We will assist you in the claims process with the carrier. Note: Claims may take up to 30 days (depending on the carrier).
We do not hold responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits are not issued for such packages.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the available items and refund the payment for the unavailable item(s) to your original form of payment.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
We reserve the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address if we encounter difficulties processing an order or verifying a provided shipping address.
Additionally, we reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or cancel orders due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns indicating “wardrobing.”
- Irregular or excessive returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity engaging in similar actions as noted above.
Please note that Lovzar cannot guarantee transit time, as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.
